TRX

This workout uses your own bodyweight and angle to determine the difficulty. With your core as your anchor, TRX allows for a wide range of total body and muscle focused strength training moves. Get ready to fire up your metabolism, push your strength, and shred your body! 

SPIN

It may be a while until we’re clubbing again. But who needs that when you can be chasing the beat in Pottstown? We’re back in the saddle and doing what we do best! Blasting your fave beat drops while the energy builds and so does the burn. This isn’t just another spin class – it’s an escape from reality.

YOGA

Our yoga classes will compliment any fitness program, helping you build strength, increase flexibility/mobility and de-stress your body and mind. The yoga instructors will guide you through a Vinyasa style class where you will flow through a series of poses, syncing up breath and movement.

TRAINING CAMP

The name of this class is as broad as the workouts will be. Think high intensity interval training with proper modifications to ensure this class is for everyone. This style of training is the best way to burn fat and reshape your body. It increases stamina and strength and offers more functional benefits than steady state cardio or heavy weight lifting.

SCULPT

SCULPT is a full-body experience! Utilising light-weights, pilates balls and resistance bands, you will strengthen and lengthen, tighten and tone! Creative exercise sequences will challenge your muscle endurance and enhance your mindy-body connection. Enjoy the music, feel the burn, embrace the shake and see the changes! 

FUSION

Fusion classes are hour long classes of cardio mixed with strength. The first 30 minutes are spent on the bike in the spin room and followed by 30 minutes of your coaches choice in the fitness room whether it be weight training or TRX.
